Hello, my name is Emma Searcy. I was fortunate enough to grow up in the insurance industry and now have the opportunity to help lead and grow our family-owned agency.
As an owner, manager, and advisor, I’m passionate about building a team and culture centered around doing what is right for the client—even when that means walking away from a sale. I believe in educating people on their options based on their specific needs, goals, and budget, while making sure they understand both the strengths and weaknesses of a plan.
I focus on Health, Dental, Vision, Accident, Life, and Critical Illness insurance. I also have a passion for helping people use their money more effectively, plan for the future, and make decisions that can create lasting, generational change.
Outside of work, I’m a nationally ranked equestrian and enjoy traveling throughout the country for competitions. I’m also a proud dog mom to Toby, a Border Collie/Lab mix rescue, and Ellie Mae, an Australian Shepherd.
